JavsScript: The Good Parts Review.
“I turn to simplicity;
I turn again to purity.” – Genghis Khan. 1221
The first and greatest of all the Khans, the conquerors of Asia, The Middle East, Russia, and much of Europe. had these words engraved on a simple stone pillar, as a sort of spiritual signpost for his followers.
JavaScript: The Good Parts – A 170 pages book is like the divine guidance for JavaScript developers. Despite its thinness, it covered almost all the excellence in JavaScript. Author of the book – Douglas Crockford, is a front-end web architect working at Yahoo. At Yahoo, he also helps programming the famous YUI JavaScript framework.
The book’s simplicity never compromised the range of topics covered. But somehow I won’t recmmond this book to beginners. But for those who have meddled with the language for a while, made enough mistakes and created a few wonders, this could be a very useful reference to help you form some ideas.
